The ring is unique and can be adjusted/widened slightly.

Ring size 18,5
Measurements: 8mm wide, 2.8mm thick
Amethyst 4x4mm
Define your ringsize:
Measure the inside diameter of a well fitting ring with a ruler.
That is your/the ringsize. F.i. diameter 1,75cm ringsize 17,5.
Preferably use a ring with a standard width of about 3mm when measuring.
You could also email a photo of a ring placed over a ruler.
