Warranty Juwelig jewelry is sustainably handmade with much love and attention. More than 99% of the gold, argentium & silver used comes from recycling. My jewelry is made to last a very long time and perhaps one day be passed on to the next generation. But the lifespan of the jewelry also depends on how it is treated. From experience I know that everything can break, including the most solidly made jewelry. Some jewelry is more vulnerable than others due to the use of the material or the design. That is why the warranty period for normal wear is limited to two years from the date of purchase. If a piece of jewelry is damaged by bumps, scratches, falls or oter external influences, this is not covered by the warranty. In that case I can try to repair the jewelry. The normal repair rates apply (see repair). Treat your jewelry with love and care and you will enjoy it for a long time. Look here for care products and tips. Pearls are sensitive to corrosive substances such as perfumes. In general, first put on the perfume and then put on the jewelry.
